Well seen those firemen. I like the picture, but maybe it would be even better if you'd crop it a bit. Beacuse the car and the people below are distracting.

lovely B&W Nicole! I really like that you can only see half of his face, it makes the photo very interesting I think. I also like the big BW-contrast in his eyes and the background together with the grey in the rest of the picture.
