Wow, from the thumbnail i thought i would see a city with laser beams pointing to the sky ..
nono a chemical plant with smoke going straight up .. beautiful capture !! Just a tiny bit too bright i think ..

Thank you James. No this is not a canon lens. For me (after trying the 100mm canon macro lens) i find it too soft. I like much more the 90mm Tamron macro lens...much sharper. The only problem is with the autofocus , very very slow, but i use only manual focus to do macro.

Excellent macro, its only the pollen on the heads that shows its real, parts of it are so sharp they look like plastic, was it Canon's macro lens you used, its really looks a quality lens. Its fantastic but I would like it even more if all the heads of pollen were in sharp focus. But it is a really excellent photo.

Great effect, presumably it is in a paper or newspaper, but the DOF makes it look as though it is floating, lovely composition
