wonderful tones and lighting. It is truely a great scene. The only thing that I find odd is her arm coming out of her mouth. That's really strange looking. I think I would also try to level out the horizontal lines. I don't want to sound to negative. I think it is a good photo.

the doll makes this pic interesting... but im not sure about the whole composition... the kid too much in the center, too much space abover her head and not enough space under her chin...
