Yeah, about what Jim asked. Were filters used? Early morning or late evening? It almost has a moonglow.
I really like this photo. The bold rocks peeking through the "foggy" waterflow is very pleasing. That combined with the blue tone is choice!

Beautiful long exposure. The softness of the water has become almost abstract and beyond recognition. The blue light enhances this mystical and frankly chilling look. Great shot and an excellen composition, Henning!
