Mohammad,
I think this has very good composition and color, but is somewhat dark. I looked at the histogram in PS and it is all biased towards the shadow side, I did a levels adjustment and lightened it up a bit, see below.

mohammad, looks like a night photo but surely is a day scene. for a day photo it is too heavily underexposed for me.

Hi Mohammad.
Good job, I like the colours in this one. Have you thought about rotating it 90? so that the ripples are on the left side? I think it gives a different twist to the subject but I?m not sure which orientation I like better...
