Good composition, the tree is really special.
It seems a bit to sharp, maybe it can be enhanced by a little blur.

Great perspective... I would have cropped more to get each building equal. Or standing in the exact middle of the alley.

I've try some light manipulation... duotone + motions blurs. I can't see nothing that enhance the original shot... and it include the "plastic wrap" effect
