Hi Richard,
The b&w version of this looks great too, but I'm really liking this color version right now!
ps If Vanessa thinks it looks bleak now.. You will have to post one of the place in February

It was the diagonal that attracted me to this shot in the first place. Thanks for noticing.

the sky tones are really strong in this, beautiful contrast! (even when shot at such distance). I hope you'll be taking some of the beach in the winter? (hamilton harbour isnt nearly as charming

Hi Richard,
I found some from Quebec north of Hull, and some from New Brunswick near the Bay of Fundy that might be worth posting.

Just a post to let you know I've come across some old negatives of some more places like this one that I took quite a while ago. I hope to post some soon.

Farmhouses from this period (1860's) were built small to conserve heat in our harsh winters. Thanks Marco.

Hi Richard, This is something a little different from you.
I kind of prefer this one over the two you posted with just the bottom half. It might be just me, but I would have kept the top two thirds. Maybe just a little trim off the bottom of this one would make it mor comfortable to the eye. Nice deserted beach scene anyway.
