Let me first say that this is an excellently composed image, with the cloud formation that perfectly compliments the hues in the building, which are both offset by the light purple trim & statues. But my main reasoning for posting this reply is to offer a solution to a problem might bother a lot of digital photographers- digital red, green and blue noise that seems to appear from nowhere. You can see it easiest in the flat-planes of color, and this is only exaggerated over the web, where only web-safe colors are blended to represent the normal 16.7 million.
The easy solution is to duplicate the background layer, and apply a gaussian blur of 1-2 pixels (depending on image size) - just enough to 'knock-out' any stray artifacts of color. Then put the duplicate layer's mode to 'Color' - and all the original detail of the background layer will show through, while eliminating the stray color-spots. No loss of quality will occur as long as you don't use too big a pixel-radius. This works great with ink-jet and dye-sub based prints.
