That's not a critique. You are responding to this art form as if you were browsing porn sites.

great angle, great lighting, and excellent composition. bravo!

this is great for a grabshot. the light was really working for you. often you catch moments like these that are great but technically a disaster. well done

I showed this to my cousin who is an accomplished artist and he walked me through these changes. It's truer to what you did with a half degree rotation and light cropping all around. contrast and level adjustments too.

I think you were trying to frame the square containing the hands. If you turned it a degree and cropped the right side to match the left, you'd have something good too.

I forgot to mention that I turned the image one degree before I cropped it.

I am so glad you appreciate my comments and aren't offended. You may have been learning but you have a great eye now and you will only improve. I appreciate your compliments. I often wonder if I am qualified to critique others. We like certain images for different reasons. A non biased eye is always good for positive suggestions.

i love this series. i am jealous that you had access to such a cool building. I'd like to take some images in downtown Cleveland but my safety concerns me. Atlanta and Dallas have great buildings too but I didn't have a chance to shoot in either city.

great pattern and the time of day really made interesting shadows. If it were possible, a tighter zoom would improve this.

fun idea. composition is everything so i played with it. i adjusted the contrast some. i hope you don't mind me doing this. a goal of this site is to learn from others. the subject doesn't need to be centered. centering is fine if you are going for dead-on symmetry.

i think the color cast takes away from this image. the orientation in the frame could be improved by putting it in a third.
I made some adjustments to show you what I mean.

so many people have done shots like these but they always seem to please my eye. very well done. the presence of people adds a lot.

This is beautiful BUT i think it could use a small amount of cropping on the right so the branch is not so centered. very well seen. sharp too.

some more DOF would improve this very nice abstract.

i would cut off about one fifth from the bottom. a reflection of something i can't see looks odd to me. nice capture regardless!

it looks like the front and the back at the same time. a tighter crop would be more interesting

this is VERY cool but I'd prefer to see it vertical. great DOF. if it were blurred at all, it would ruined this.

that tamron 24-135. i haven't paid attention to what lens you use until today. i wasn't referencing the lens to the photo. it was just a general comment.
you're welcome.

this is the coolest image. I have that same lens. It's very nice.
I hope your dad was a kind man and you have good memories of him. I won't be that lucky. This is a nice way to commemorate his passing.
