Wonderfl shot. Very high impact, beautifully done. Strong emotive power. The starkness (to me) enhances the emotionally impact and meaning.
I have also experimented with solarizing images ( in Photoshop) a few are posted in my portfolio here.

I really like this one. I'm not a big fan or the flare in the center but like the project says, personal style. Great shot!

Great work Dustin, reminds me of that 1970's series of UFO (Gerry Anderson) - three ladies in that had bright pink hair ... probably before your time ;-)

There is really great feeling in this shot. That lone, scrawny, bent tree speaks volumes, and you caught it perfectly. You know I'm a 'toy camera' fan myself, alot of good things come in plastic... hey, you REALLY made my wife's day with your comment "a beautiful and classy model" on my photo 'Film Noir'. She said "Well, I'm not really a model", thereby quietly accepting the other two adjectives Thanks again, when she's happy, I'm happy...

This is a very interesting and original portrait, its little erotic, and the wig adds a lot... maybe the hair its a little sharp, i don?t have an idea of how to fix it, since i don?t have ps, but eaven this way i find it very nice... Thanks for your comments, i really apreciate them, im very glad you like my work, i do like yours and hope we can keep this kind of feedback...

I thought the wig made this photo! Of course, if that effect was not what you were going for, adjust away, but there is something sort of mannequin-like about this shot that I find appealing.

I really like this composition and pose. The lighting looks good to me. Not only is the wig got the sharp look, all the edges seem to be overly sharp, check the fingers, the shadow of the fingers, the edges of her face---- I'd go back to the original and try some different processing, with some softening in mind. I feel that you have a good photo here to work with. Regards, Randal Dean

I agree B.R., but its a wig and it caught and reflected so much light, not that I noticed till later, I just couldnt figure out how to correct it , everything I tried in ps either muted it or gave it an animated like contrast. Anyone know how to correct?
Thanks Dustin

Great original treatment of this subject, the open beak adding drama and the background a natural context. I like your choice of choco-tone, an uncommon one for this sort of subject in my experience. Fine composition and toning. I do wish the top of the head were less burned, but perhaps that occurred in the upload. Good work! Regards. Tim
