Well you are doing pretty well so far, you must just do as you have been doing and then no need to try....lol.
Also check out Joggie van staden and his brother Tjaart van stadens works out.....Joggie for macro work.....you will love there work.

Great action shot!!! Taken at just the right moment... you can still see the car, but the gravel is flying everywhere... cool... I probably would've cropped a little bit (about half) of the foreground, for that doesn't add that much, but overall... well captured!!
