A simple framing problem...You can't see the hands of the man in front...If I was you ( in this unique snow conditions ) I would try only the portrait of the man in the front , or ignore all the fishing people and focus on the white roofs and the mosque. But not bad at all !

(new) Galata Bridge, in İstanbul.
You can see this bridge in a Patrice Leconte film, "la fille sur le pont - 1999" (the girl on the bridge)...
