this is so great to hear from you. When I think about Usefilm, you play an important part. So your absence here is a good indicator for my relationship to UF =)

That's a great example to do things right... the silhouetted focus point really adds to the scene and gives the image more depth.

here is another version of this image, this time low angle, vertical. You will find the rules of 3rd. I thought it would be a good idea to do a color version as well after publishing this one.

for sure a perfect night picture with all the right aperture settings. I like the "technical" aspect here. The repeating lines and elements. the shere size. Would love to see a human element here, just for giving us a clue about the real size.

I do prefer this version, as the mild tonings really add to the image and give it a bit more life. Maybe you could try to give the shadows a bit more life?
