Richard this is simply stunning! It reminds me of some sort of prehistoric image, or a scene from Planet of the Apes, the warm tones and smoothed simplicity of both the rocks and the tree work brilliantly together, I love how nature compiles images and hopes we find them! Well done, really good.

Thanks Jose
It's a shot of the Post Office Tower in London.
It was a bright sunny morning and the reflection in the Euston Tower office block opposite my hotel window was both distorted yet recognisable.
I liked the random distortions in each pane with the overall preservation of the character of the building.

WOW Richard, I was realy surprised to find out this was a mushroom. I've never seen one like that. I thought they all had relatively smooth surfaces. Good find and interesting photo. Had me stumped.

I was inspired by some of the other pictures of mushrooms and toadstools here on Usefilm, to go and have a closer look at the large specimens that have recently appeared all over our lawn. They've all gone again now. Weird things, fungi!

My first thought for a title was "Bad Hair Day" so I'm with you on that one.
I was lying down in the garden when I took the picture.

Melted gum. Now there's an interesting one! Reminds me of that horrible tacky sensation when you tread on gum on the pavement. Not right, though.

yikes! I recently caught a picture of one of these hiding in my basement here in the states! At first I was told it is a "silverfish", but later I found out it is really a "house centipede".
