Ouch...that hurts!!
At least it was well deserved. The bull has the sacred right to kill in self defense in a one to one fight, hasn?it? So, I don?t feel so sorry for him. He started this fight.
As far as it concerns the picture, the timing is very good.

These guys are comical even in a pensive (?) mood. I like everything about it, even if the eyes are shrouded in shadow. It adds some mystery and tension. Great portrait of a fine older ape, Eddie!

Wonderful image, the red against the black, just on it's own makes a great abstract, [from the thumbnail you cannot see the detail] once you see the lovely detail in the feathers it is even more spectacular
