That is severe! The hdr looks a little bit strong -- it's hard to be subtle sometimes -- but the effect is not totally out of context in this fisheye image.

I really like the way the dogs are staring intently at the man, who in turn is paying them absolutely no attention.
However, I do not think the tilted angle adds to the image - indeed, for me it detracts from it somewhat...
