This is a stellar close-up of the dragon fly, but I think that it lacks contrast, especially where the yellow flower is concerned. It could be spruced up quite a bit in PS (or GIMP). After that, it's a fantastic shot.

Excellent job. Was this PS'ed at all? The saturation is amazing in the greens. Your incredible attention to detail in the macro led to a great photo.

Hello fellow Albuquerque-n. It's great to see your photos, as they reflect many things that I see as well. This is no exception, as I see the cacti blooms as quite possibly the most beautiful aspect of the desert. This is an awesome macro and I love the focus on the middle of the flower, very crisp.

The concept of this photo is very intriguing, but I fear that the lack of focus detracts from the image, especially knowing the capabilities of the D70. I would think that the focus should be on the point where the finger and the cake meet, so as to be most effective. Keep it up!

The quality on this photo is different, but I like it, nonetheless. The reason why I like it so much is because of the atmosphere that the clouds, the lonely boat, and the b&w tones create. It is very effective in this manner. Great job.

Fantastic image. I love the composition, because it so nicely focuses on the toxic water, and its cause in the distance. I would love to see this in B&W for I think it would be even more powerful.

Is it poison ivy? That looks different than the breed I've been trained to see. Either way, I love the DoF in this photo and its ability to lead the eye. I also love the "earthiness" of the colors.

I really love the selective color in this. It creates a powerful piece of journalism. As for the form of advertisement, I believe it is disgusting and one more step towards a world of complete corporate domination. I'm glad you photographed this step. Thanks.
