Another great effect! I think I like this one best! Love the tall grass in the forground and the rustic fence in the background....Perfect dof and point of focus! Wonderful post processing work my friend! 7+++++++++++++++

Ed, very nicely done. I like the skin tone's but perhaps her lips could be a little more redder as they look an orange color on my monitor.

Rachel - It took about an hour from scan to posting. I'm still learning about Photoshop, and it was trial and error at first. I've done about 10 prints in the last few days since I got my scanner. I'm using basically the same techniques that I used to do with cotton balls and oil paints - lots of very thin layers of different colors built up over a warm sepia toned base. I want to get a graphics tablet. That would be a lot easier than the mouse.

Ooo, I remember seeing this one as a black and white... I think I even have it as a favorite, but either way the coloring you did to this is great! How long did that take you, looks like some hard, precise work went into this (but then again maybe you are used to it so it's easy for you now!) I love this! I think it's awesome! :) ~Rachel~
