The exposure was 1/100s f/3.8 using ISO 800. The photoshop retouch was in adjusting contrast by dodging burning, and converting it to BW. Thanks for dropping by :)

Dear Doyle,
THis year's flood is much worse than year 2002. The people in the picture lives in an elite area which didn't suffer too much damage 5 years ago, but this year unexpectedly their neighborhood is struck by flood, and although the government has warned them to leave their home, they chosen not to leave because certain that their houses wouldn't be struck. Even worse, our people behavior in maintaining environment is not getting better...we tend to throw garbage everywhere, and the drainage system in the capital city is the same....need a tough and discipline behavior to overcome this.
