I don't think there's too much blur, parts of the dress and shoulder are sharp, it gives some emotion to it, I like it, expossure is perfect, the white dress looks white, wich is a good thing with in-camera meters... Well done.

I wouldn't worry about it, it's your work and if the parents are ok with I don't see why not.. Good image, I like the tones.

The Photograph itself is amazing, great colours, nice expossure, the only thing that could have been better is the way the couple is interacting, maybe if they were facing each other it would have improved the feel of the photograph. I really like it though!
