for me this is a nice portrait with good light and absolutely great color! arrangement of the girl's hand as well as her expression work ok,and the thick black frame looks appropriate ;-)

Very nice composition. You have a good eye to see this image and capture it. I also like the square crop very much.
In this low light it is difficult to use autofocus and also difficult to manually focus. Yet as a constructuive critique of an already excellent image, I think that the low light would be more effective if the flowers were more clearly in focus. Obviously in this low light DOF is a problem; also, the flowers are not all in the same plane making focus even more challenging. Perhaps a tripod using a long exposure at a higher 'f/' number? Would require very still air...
But please, do not allow my above observations to detract from this beautiful photograph! Very well seen!

Very beautiful and great tones and colours. I like the contrast between the blooming flower in the foreground and the wilting one in the background. It ahs something quite poetic.

the composition of the props (cottonballs, curtains), together with the overal composition of the picture is great. The expression of the model is very good, showing the expectation, the eagerness, and at the same time the pain and the exhaustion of carrying the baby in her womb.
