First of all I have surprised when I see indifference for this photograph. I think this portrait is absolutely excellent!!
Color, light and makeup is wonderful! And definitely significant expression in her eyes..

Interesting, well done, a little different. One thing, though -- the foreshortening in the left arm is distracting. It might have been better were the arm extended more to the side instead of almost straight back.
