Thank you kindly Hugo. Actually the birds was what I was after, and then nature presented me with this drama and I added a title. I'll say the lens captured the essence of it, yet there is a glow and a magic that didn't quite come through ... I think this capture needed a 'stereo pair' for three-dimensionality ..Gab

This is so pretty. Some photos of sailboats are so...ordinary. But this one not only has a beautiful vessel but great water, trees and hillside. Sense of movement in this shot as well. Nice job.

I was looking at your portfolio and you have some amazing and beautiful nature shots..this one is no exception.
The gull appears to be posing and the bokeh is beautiful. The texture on the rock adds a lot of interest to an already beautiful photo.
Exceptional!

I so like the colour version. The combination of colours is so good, and his turned foot, and the way his shoulder blades are almost braced ready to action, a fantastic capture and composition

It is in color ... it appears mostly colorless because I took it at dusk ... the pelican was flying ashore, towards where the sun had set ...Gab
