just went through some of ur work, just fantastic,
also since u shoot flowers just one correction this is a photograph of a plastic moulded chair, just that in this shot it looks like a petal and thats the reason for the title

hey prashant. Nice capture and crop.

From the placement of the necklace, I am assuming that this is a product shot. I agree with the Roland over the placement, but that is upto the client in the end.

Couple of points which I think will improve this shot are:
1. the background. Since you have used only one light to light the background, it goes from white on the right to grey at the left. A uniform background would serve the product better. place a light on the either side behind the subject pointed to the background to provide the uniformity and get the background whity white. study richard avadon's portait lighting style.

Another small thing is the visibility of wayward strands of hair. Her hair was not neatly put together. Time to have a small chat with your hair stylist.
