Yeah, a couple of years ago they called it Anzac Bridge, but I'm not sure of the reason why. When it first opened in the mid-1990s it was called the Glebe Island Bridge.
It's a wonderful subject though, regardless of its name!

Thank you for all the kind comments. Debra, I did not add any colour to this image. The only filter used was a UV mainly for lens protection. Daniel, the lens was focussed at infinity, at 20mm focal lenght. At that focal lenght infinity starts shortly after 2m - at least that is my understanding. I used the camera on a tripod with mirror lock-up - Minolta's version that is. Hope that helps.

Wonderful and scerene. I love the colour and, well, all of it! Maybe I'm taking the wrong approach to my photography, where did you focus in order to get the entire picture sharp at f/4.5? I've only used very narrow appertures in my images as I've always had bad results when doing similar scenes with wide appertures such as this. I'd be interested to know as this seems 'spot-on'. Great photo, well done.

i'm at thredbo though, for the season.
