very beautiful composition. would have been so much better if the sky had clouds or a gradiented blue or anything. you may have been trying to achieve this dull look though to draw out the pigeon. nice image

This is great. It does indeed invoke a feeling of loneliness. Near perfect composition though i would like to see the line more centered and perpendicular to the bottom. I too would try cropping the top. Very nice image. regards

i cannot believe how so few of the images in your portfolio have views and comments. they incredible. you have a very creative mind and you use it quite well. I really like this photo. it's fun to look at and tells a pretty intriguing story. the sharpness could be a little improved along with the PS work on the top of the horse/man's head. Nice job. Keep it up.

it appears to be a very good photo but to be honest, if it was horrible i wouldnt be able to tell because it's so teeny. why so small?

alright, this is actually composed kind of nicely. i'm not sure if this blur is done purposely but i'm doubting it so i would definately suggest investing a small amount of money in a tripod or atleast a monopod. you know, they make these miniature tripods that are only like 6 inches tall. can't do anything amazing with it, but most people don't want to carry around a 10 pound tri-pod like me. i hope you dont mind i am altering your photos. im only doing it so you can understand what kinds of things to improve on. BTW, if you dont have photoshop, you might want to pirate it. anywa, good job tommy. keep posting, i want to see more

Thank you lucas. I've browsed your portfolio and i really like what i see. i feel that the message you send with the entire portfolio being the way it is, is much stronger than having assorted styles. keep up the good work and thank you again for the comment.

Hey tommy. i commented several hours ago and left a rather lengthy response with ideas on how to fix a whole bunch of things. the comment somehow seems to magigly misplaced itself. i honestly dont feel like typign it all again so i suppose i'll try and cover the jist of it. Use your Minolta, look up the following topics online: aperture, shutter speed, composition, rule of thirds, ISO speed.. just a read a bit about your camera. you'll get it soon enough and you'll be off taking great photos in no time. ...hopefully anyway. also, i played with your photo in photoshop a little bit. didn't do anything much just some simple B&W and color mix. I did however, fix the background. the table was really annoying so i just cloned it over and blurred it. anyway, Welcome to UseFilm! have fun.

His expression is.. i can't even think of words to describe it. This is, in my opinion, one of the better street photos in your portfolio. Perfect contrast, composition, .. everything. i really like this one. 7++ also, thankyou for commenting in several of my works.

The contrast and ocmpositon on this are both perfect. There are a lot of things i can interpret form this. I've been staring at it for quite some time now. very pleasing to my eyes. I agree with the comment about your name being slightly distracting from the hand and i think a border would help quite a bit. I'm surprised it hasn't gotten more views and comments. Keep up the good work Abhra.

Very great image. I love the low-key and the wonderful contrast. It's great how the the first two boys are looking away and the girl is looking at the camera. The composition is perfect. 7+

nice pose but the composition is rather boring. Contrast and colors are mediocre. nice, but not one of your better pieces. Your other work is pretty great!

This is sort of what i meant. I discovered after trying to center everything that you are not standing in the exact middle of the tracks, a problem by no means it just made it difficult to do what i wanted. I'm just picky about certain things i suppose. still a really great shot.

Hi Roger. Thanks for commenting on my pic. I love all of your site incident photos. They're themed together perfectly. It's certainly the longest running series i've ever seen. Hope you keep it up for awhile. Great work and thanks again
