You could have told me you took a picture of anything. I'm sorry but this doesn't work for me. Where is the subject or focus?. Just my 2 cents though.

I like this shot, but I would crop off the top 3rd of it so the horizon wasn't in the middle of the frame and it would get rid off the dead space that is all blue and bring your eyes to the foreground.

Very nice shot, is it a stitch or one shot. This was my favorite spot to photograph when I was down there. You need to straighten it out a little though.

Rob HDR is new to me but it is High Dynamic Range. It's talking a picture at 3 different exposures and blending them to get the most color. For more and a free download go to www.hdrsoft.com

Hey Chris, This is probably your best sailing shot. It looks alot like a Mecray painting. Have you thought of cloning out the boat in the backround though.

I always want to get a shot like this when I drive over the newport bridge, I never get the right colors or clouds though. Nice shot.

Nice shot Chris, I like the foreground contrast. In all my years here i've never gone out to Melville, looks like it will be on my summer list now.

Hey Chris, I like alot of your sailing shots, but I don't like the comp here. I just think that Castle Hill is cropped to tight on the right, and that there is a clutter of on lookers in the the middle that is a little disstacting. That's just my opinion no hard feelings. The colors and exposure are great though. Did you se an ND Grad on this?

The comp. is great here, if you could shoot this wit the morning sun lighting it it would be a great picture. Nice job

Great shot, but I think I'd like it better if it were cropped above the seaweed, it's a little distracting to me

Hey Chris nice sunrise, I don't know how you get up and out so early.

I took that shot of Trinity on Friday afternoon, I went during lunch figuring that the weekend rain would knock all the blooms off.

Thanks for commenting on my photo. this is a great shot too, great for ground rocks. The biggest difference I noticed in west coast surfing is that the breaks are a lot closer to the shores, on the east coast you always need a long lens.

Nice shot here too Chris, I agree with the over saturation a little but thats me. I got 2 new lenses and new camera, my house was robbed a couple of weeks ago and they took my camera bag. That will teach me to always have my camera with me. Did you enter anything into the Island Arts Gallery this week?

Hey Chris, this one is nice but what happened to the color one? Were those orange street lights from 24 in the backround.
The meeting was ok, alot of older people. It does cost money but the have 4 galleries and theay are working on getting a full time room at the museum just for the Photo members.

This is a good sky but the foreground is a little boring. Maybe crop some of the bottom off
to focus on the sky and also the horizon line wouldn't be in the center of the frame. Thats just my 2 cents.
