Great shot of a beautiful woman. I like the shallow DOF to center interest on the model, the way the model is looking at the camera and the slightly offset composition. And I really like her eyes....

Wow lightning and fog in the one shot.
Hehehe Im referring to the funny banding on the extreme left middle re the fog  (light leak by any chance?)
Not just a good capture of lightning, but a great urban landscape as well.
