WOW, THIS IS PERFECT 7***!!
Couldn't be any better, I love it, the bird so intense.
Excellent details in his eye and feathers, I especially like his claw in the lower left!

Now the image...BEAUTIFUL! I really like how you composed this, and the gradient background.
Then with opposite direction gradient on the flowers!!! Fantastic how this turned out, very nice work!!

Thank you all for your kind comments and yes I used a tripod Gustav... I also bracketed the exposure due to the speed of the water and I liked this one best because it still retains some water detail...
