From the thumb I guessed the office building but then they are not homeless. If you cropped the b/g it could be zimbabwe or south africa.

For me, too much sky however the exposure is nice and I like the vignette. Was there a reason for the high composition other than keeping in as much sky as possible?

Why does the cliff look different above the clouds? Is it the fog has lowered and the cliffs above are wet?
