Please tell us more about this image! What is on their faces... why are they standing in line in the rain? They look so sad, or maybe tired. Great, thought-provoking shot! 7/7

Warm regards,
Brigitte

this is a fantastic piece, looks like taken in the II WW; just one nit, crop the first man in the row (his back), absolutely a winner

I agree with Urs about the contrast, although his version is a bit drastic. A nice scene in any case.

This is rally a beautiful picture, first for the pespective and the contrast between this "tomb" with the others, and by the angle of capture you've used.
Perhaps I'd correct a little bit the tilt that one can see on the crosses.
Congrats

Superb capture Marcel. I like the shape of the tree in the mirror giving a motion going in the same direction than that of the curve. This is really well seen.
Congrats

Baeutiful shot with these heavy dark clouds. Perhaps a little bit too dark in MHO.
Good work

Great street shot and decisive moment to catch it with the older in front of the drawing. This is well seen. Tones are well managed.
Well done

Hi Marcel

This is to my opinion a very funny picture but also a most "thoughtfull" picture! Congratulations!

To increase the information of this picture I would have cropped it a bit more, and I would have increased it''s contrasts a bit more, as shown in the attached example.

Nevertheless, I like your shot very much and I do hope you won't be angry about getting my critique!

Thank you for showing us this picture!

Kind regards, Urs

Prachtig Marcel! Alleen je omzetting naar z&w vind ik minder geslaagd. Het is allemaal een beetje donkergrijs, weinig contrasten.

Marcel, good candid capture with this image. Good tonal range, the only thing I could suggest would probably burn in the background as it is quite cluttered, to my eye. Still a good candid slice of time.

I love this photo. The wideangle effect, the sadness (seems to be) of most of the people, nicely spread over the image, the dramatic sky... Only a bit more light on the man's face maybe. But, very good!
