What a bold shot thro' the fence!! Love it! A modified angle and alternate composition to conceal the distractive foreground may improve appeal & mystery of the picture. This is to bring-out the poetic captive-yet-free-spirited look from behind. Hope u don't mind my taking the liberty to crop and illustrate what I mean...

For wildlife photos, it is good to research on the species and educate the world what the subject is Sudeera. You did indicate on other posts, as an avid Nature Watcher must. Thank you, nice portfolio. Well captured indeed! Art is a refuge for those who walk away from dirty politics, focus on the former and not the latter, like I do! And you can sharpen the shots by smaller apertures and higher speeds also, if at all u can. You tried, Bravo!

Excellent idea, well captured. Better control over the DOF would've increased the appeal, the cup in-focus, sharper, I mean! Hope that is not a cigarette, to save the lungs...:)!

Although it is a common species, very well done indeed! House sparrow and the house in the back ground blurr is beautifully captured...the control of the DOF is nice too!!

Great capture even though, u couldnt get the "catch of the day" background for this shot...lol...u Photoshop-savvy? Try tinkering with layering/superimposing, as a project...for mere kicks...or some of our friends can try it I guess...wildlife documentary shots are great regardless of any digital manipulations..I like the sharpness on the eye here, adds value to Nature shots, I hear! Also, perfect lighting on its upper body...at sunset?

Wonderful silhouette, only an amateur photog would appreciate...titles for wildlife are best when identified...Blue green Beeeater is the bird I believe...Lens needs cleaning...or a touch-up on PS is ok too,,,LOL! Great job Sumedha!
