It's a great set that makes you want to try the same thing. Hollywood squares anyone? The empty spaces are as important as those that are filled.

I like the way the curves of the sculpture surround and frame the subject, having them facing the sculpture creates a relationship between the person and the art.

Perhaps a little lean to the right when shooting to more center the subject in that facet so that the side does not cross their leg.

I think this would have benefitted from a lower angle. The silhouette is interesting but the legs and some of the tail are lost in the background.

Nice capture of the morning mist. There is a little color remaining in the sky, you might try increasing saturation a bit to bring it out.

The coneflowers are extemely sharp and attractively composed but there are a couple of problems one is the overlapping leaf so near to the center and the other is damage to some of the flowers. Perfection is always attractive, decay interesting but a few damaged petals here and there detract.

Nope, I use Capture NX2 for basic processing and play a bit with photomatix and whatever else comes to hand.
