this is great!! i love the way there really isn't a trail behind the dog and its like he appeared out of no where and started to run! great shadows and tones! and the dog really stands out with the only black to contrast with all the wintery blues and whites is on the dog! excellent capture! Kessia

thanks for the comment! sorry to say though that it wasn't taken in charlottesville...i'm from ct & ny and it was actually taken in rye, ny. however i'll be sure to let you know if i ever seen any water like this near charlottesville! Kessia

beautiful seascape!! you've captured a great variety of textures here and they really work well together. i love the way the lighting highlights the waves in the water and really focuses the shot on them. and the flat clouds and mountains in the background give this shot a great sense of depth. great work as usual tim!

the building itself seems quite amazing, but being set in the blue ridge mountains must make it even more impressive! i certainly wouldn't mind calling it home! haha
