Hi Andrzej,
I really like this image. I like the composition, the great choice to go with B&W. Also the model is gorgeous!
I do want to add a what I think is a fairly important fault. Maybe a little too dark around the eyes? The darkness around the pupils of the eyes takes away some of detail in that area.
