Laura,
You have a beautiful daughter and I like the composition and use of B&W. However, you need a catchlight in her eyes. Use your pop-up flash, it'll do the trick

Thank you Brigitte. A lot of my photos are of my children which keeps me low to the ground. What's good for the kiddies is good for the pooches! It's so much more personal to anything to be at their level. My in-laws have Tanner here and a golden retriever Tucker. They gave me plenty to work with this weekend. At 5 and 6 months old, they are a riot.
