AAh thank you dear Fernando for showing this:-) A wonderful view in itself and a good photo as always, but certainly extra interesting for me to look at the buildings and the green surroundings and read the info about the area as well. I look so very much forward going there. Lord Byron´s poetry I appreciate, so if he loved the region I´m bound to adore it as well:-)

I don't use any plug in to make thsi effect.
I use the Corel Paint shop XI,in the corel we have a tool "clarify" in this photo i use 40% of clarify a litle of contrast,saturation and noise reduction.It's very easy.

I´ll sit down and look at all the useful links you have sent me. Thank you so very much for your help!! It means a lot to get some help like this before going there. I have bought a travelbook, but having you as a Portugese tell me what is worth seing is much better than any book:-)
Yes, who knows what I´ll find interesting with my camera:-) If I photograph a crowd you might be in it or some friends of yours*LOL*

How did u possibly know that I intended to write to you today telling that next week when my family and I go to Portugal we will go to Sintra!! You told me about the place and I wanted to rent a car and go there. Last night I found out that we´re actually going to stay three km from Sintra:-)So great seing your photo then:-) A rustic beautiful one.

Olá Ruben,
Concordo com o que dizes em que estão aos comentários.Mas é assim em todos os sites,eu normalmente só comento fotos que gosto,daí ter poucos comentários ás minhas fotos.Isto funciona do género tu votas nas minhas eu por simpatia tenho que ir votar nas tuas e vice versa.Só que assim nunca tens a ceteza se gostam do teu trabalho ou é apenas uma simpatia.Eu coloco fotos num a site a pagar e quase nunca comento fotos de ninguém,assim quem comentar uma foto minha é porque gostou realmente.
Se puderes dá uma vista de olhos neste site.

Vou desabafar contigo Fernando. Acho incrivel que fotos como as tuas por exemplo tenham 6,7,8 comentarios e outras fotos de m&#da tenham 20,30,40 e mais ás vezes! Isto deixa de ter piada, até porque em alguns casos as fotos são verdadeiras porcarias e toda a gente diz que estão bonitas e que são excelentes trabalhos. Eu quando comecei a colocar aqui as minhas imagens, pensei que isto fosse mais sério, até porque eu levo a fotografia muito a sério e estou aqui porque quero aprender. Se houvessem criticas construtivas seria óptimo!!!

I adore this composition! All the elements go so strongly together and create a mysterious world here where I wish to know what lies behind the door and up those stairs! Nice with the blue that is ecchoed in the photo and I also adore the texture of the walls. Excellent:-)

Fascinating place that I would like to visit! What a treat it must be watching the ocean from there. I wish I had much more time in Portugal than a week. BTW is there anything in the ocean that I have to worry about other than currents?
