The falling snow is captured well here. I would turn down the fill flash one stop.If possible.

It appears that you have flipped this image the composition does not look natural, I think it could also be a little brighter.

This image would be better if the rose was not in the center , you brighten the image and add more contrast.I would crop it on the left side.
