Very nice. If you have a tripod, you might want to consider using one and stopping down to f/11 or 16. If so, I think images like this might be a little bit sharper.

Very well spotted. I like how the angle of the shadow on the wall is repeated by the angle of the puddle. Very nice - Bob T.

The lighting here is really good, and your exposure is wonderful. Really a very nice mood. I think I'd prefer to see either all of her head OR her arms - the fact that both the is head topped off and her hands float out in front of her is just a bit troubling. Still, a veautiful picture.

I forgot to mention - the snow seems a bit too blue - you might want to reset your white point in PS using levels.

Thanks - the forecast high temperature today is about 30C.

It looks like you have a slight downward tilt to the left.

Whimsical - does she play?

I think it could be just a bit sharper - the eyes look just a little bit soft. But then, that might add to the whimsical look of the picture. I'd like to see a sharper one to compare to this.

Kenneth - A glance through your portfolio reveals a real fascination with reflections. I like them, too. I like this one a lot, and when I first saw it I thought"Aha - hyperfocal" Good job - Bob T.

It's too bad the arches aren't a bit brighter, but if you'd exposed more for the arches, the light patches would probably be too bright. So, I think this is a pretty well executed picture under difficult light conditions.

Ronnie - another striking photograph. This has a lot of good elements - the vibrant yellow that contrasts with the green, the heavy dew on the leaf, the drop on the underside of the leaf, and of course the sharp focus.

Just curious - only ambient light, or did you use a reflector?

Nancy - this is really striking. The DOF is tremendous, vibrant colors, and the off-center composition works nicely. Curious - what mode/iso did you use?

Ahhhhh - this is beautiful and very calming.

John - in one of your other posts, you mentioned a digital group meeting. What's that about?

"Who can ask for more?" - I do!! I want to see more pictures like this. You handled the lighting really nicely, and the sky is wonderful. Just curious - hyperfocal distance focusing?

Good eye, Thomas. I don't usually do frames (I don't really know how) but I wonder what it might look like with a dark frame aroune it. I really like the tones in this photo - you did a great job with the exposure.

Micky - I usually pay more attention to the photo than to the frame, and this photo is really nice. I think I'd prefer a bit more DOF, but the colors are really nice. The frame looks OK to me, but I can't really say much about it.

Mickey - you have some wonderful images here. you might enjoy a visit to my portfolio, particularly some of the lotus shots.

I really like the strong backlighting in this image. I think someone else is correct about needing just a bit more USM in PS.

Joanne - when I first saw your picture, this one was displayed just to the right of it -

This is ... haunting. The eyes, the head that seems to float in space, the glowing lace. Very odd, and very compelling. Good job - Bob T.

Nice use and control of distortion. If possible, I would rather see the building on the right make it all the way to the ground.

LOL - if you can find it, go look at the picture right next to this one on the display pages. Same general idea, VERY different subjects!

This is a nicely creative shot. What was the aperture, because the nose is in sharp focus, and the eye looks pretty good, too.

If I remember, you had a similar one a while back, but I think the DOF here is deeper. This is really great, and good range of sharpness for f/6.7. Well done - Bob T.

P.S. - How come I'm only the 12th person to bring this up?

"I really enjoy getting right into the heart of a flower."

No kidding! I love the lighting and creamy appearance of the petals. Tremendous DOF, too. This is a beautiful shot - well done - Bob T.

Really nice shot - great sharpness, and you don't often see them head on like this. If you haven't already visited, you might want to take a look at my flying bees in my portfolio.

Roger - This is great. Some might think there's too much empty space with all the water, but I think the framing by the trees makes up for that. The tones are wonderful, even some mist in the trees in the background. This shot is somehow spooky and soothing at the same time. Well done - Bob T.
