Seeing them live is quite an experience. I have seen several of their shows and have always been in awe of the music and the performances. Not the same as seeing them on TV because of the vastness of the rings/stages and the "feeling" of the illusions and acts. Enjoy!!!!

Thanks Jan, Lucky you, that will be a great show. We have tickets for the Montreal show in May. That's the earliest we could get tickets a lot of the shows were already sold out. I have never seen their show in person.

Thanks very much for the comments Maryanne. I am pleased that you feel it has the look of a rigger's view because that's what I was going for. The Cirque du Soleil mobile complex is huge with numerous tents, trailers and mobile buildings. It is set-up on a wharf which fortunately has an elevated walkway running parallel to their complex along the wharf. It was from this elevated walkway that I was able to get this shot.

Wonderful geometric image full of vivid color. How did you get the "rigger's view?" (I was going to say "bird's eye view" -- but it seems to me that this would be what a rigger might see.
