Rina -- I am sure Gene would agree. With the current cost of crabs in Maryland, he is one VERY lucky bear and he got a lot of attention. Little fellow is in Aussie-land at the moment and as I understand it surrounded by wonderful family and lots of attention.

Gene is not here to answer -- he is heading to California as of yesterday.
He did not eat much crab meat but I brought a bottle of honey as a supplement.

Lock the liquor cabinet and stock up on honey. Seems simple enough but as Jessie advised me, be warned, he is a trickster. Pads about the house at night after all are sleeping. Accesses the Internet, too, without assistance. Quite amazing.
Can't wait to see what you are going to come up with!!!! Doyle working on a passport for him now.
He is heading back to California today to be outfitted with his passport.

I was wondering if someone helped him with this part. His paws aren't really built for these crab tools. Glad to see he didn't have to starve silently in the corner, very sensitive of you to cater to his needs Jan.
Thanks for the heads up, will lock the liqour cupboard before Gene visits over this way.

AJ -- Lots of on-tap brew for Gene. I was driving and chose to drink soft drinks but Gene did get a snootful. He was singing "99 Bears on the wall" all the way home. My cat Roland would not sleep with him last night.
