A red shoe not yet tied to a foot looks ahead as Hindu god marks its presence over Manora island off Karachi, Pakistan.
Manora is a classic example of a place to be whenever you are feeling up or down. People come here in hordes and stay here till sunset. Week days are generally empty and you can have a stroll yourself as rough sea passes your shadow.
Manora's brilliant Hindu temple is being restored to its original state (hopefully). A Church nearby was recently given a face lift.
