A great close-up, well composed, well executed, and perfect technically as well. I am impressed with this photo... and like it as well.
I can agree that the manicure is quite good for a laborer.....
but as to the the comments regarding skin color... there are many people from all over the world, of MANY colors, who work in sweat shops, who wait tables, wash clothes, scrub floors.........

Monis does have a point. Maybe less pristine hands would be part of an accurate rendering of "sweat shop" as well. Nicely executed shot though - just enough detail to be completely unambigous about what the subject is.

there is one flaw in this picture. the hand is of a white person. most sweat shops are run by people in the third world countries. your subject should have been a bit darker. although the title is good.
