Thanks for you comment - to tell you the truth it was quite a grey day when this picture was taken and I tried not to touch it with PS - but i think you are right - it could use some more light

I like your pic's composition. good point of view. But if you could waitting for the lighting time , I mean if this pic could add some light will be wonderful! :)

There's a very nice contrast between the tiles in the foreground and the buildings behind. An inventive composition.
