I don't know quite what to say to this that hasn't already been said. It completely immerses you in a blast of intense color. I don't know much about these things, but it seems to me that the fact that you took this shot as close up as you did keeps it from being a cliched autumn pic, while the shadowy section at the bottom keeps it from being to monochrome. Once again, you've done an awesome job.

Hi Rodney,
This is really a cool shot. Love the shadow here, causing a 3D look and such depth.
Gorgeous colors, not in my neck of the woods for sure.
And all the different colors of the leaves on the ground, wow!
Bold composition, I like it very much!
