Aw, poor lil guy! Regardless of the injury, its a great image. I actually like that you went ahead and shot him with the booboo, too often these things are cloned out with photoshop-and the truth is, Kids usually have nicks and scrapes all over the place! So its nice to see a baby looking like a baby, and not an airbrushed 'creature'.

I really admire the oldfashioned feel to this-its in the tones and the simplicity of the pose.

I remember my sons first big booboo...he whacked his face on a picnic table and split his lip really bad. Had a fat lip for a week. Gives you that sort of sick feeling-babies heads bleed like crazy!

Thanks Kay! It was a last min thing to apease my husband when I was in a rush to head out. I grabbed a chair plunked in him and shot hot spots and all. I'm glad now my husband bugged me to take some. In fact the next day inspired by these I took him out and shot a bunch that I love. I'll share a funny one tommorrow. He looks just like a little rascals in it.
If he is anything like his brother this is a sign of what's to come!!! No wonder I'm turning grey!

Too cute! Love how you set him there and had him pose- looks like an old tin-type photo! Hope this is not a sign of things to come with him!
