About repost of old cemetery image...you can see the others in "spooky images" in my portfolio....converted to B/W and used a saplet pastel chalk texture to give atmosphere....original was shot in dense fog...this cemetery is from the 1800's

Feedback appreciated....

Well, I love cemetery photos and you have a winner here. The darkes and whites are fascinating. This on Canvas is veery nice.

THis photo was taken in May 1950 , my grandfather's funeral. My Cousin took it when he was very young.

I have several cemetary pictures but have never posted them. I have always wondered what people would think. I think some of them are very beautiful and relaxing. and have also "creeped" some of mine out. I never want people to feel like I am dishonering a memory.

I like this picture and the texture is quite nice to make it feel old and spooky. Would be great for halloween. The halos around the stones adds more to this effect.

ahhhh, dark and creepy...I like it! If you look long enough some of the light areas seem take on mysterious shapes...or maybe I just need to go to bed ;) Seriously cool image Gayle, the b&w and the texture really create a spooky atmosphere.
Take care...Robin
