About hi all! i need ur help cuz i waz tryin to fix da color levels but couldnt make it.. this is a before and after photo... i know its very weak in lighting.. but that wut i could make n the hospital room.. btw, this is the eye of an infant... so.... can u help me editin this photo??

Sorry, that it took me long time to answer you.
What I’ve done as follows:
1. Increasing the mount of light by Level means that in PS.
2. Then make the dark area more precise by polygonal lasso tool, then dark the inner area, reverse the selection and clone the outer part by clone stamp tool, the colour as the skin.
3. To make the eye looks 3D use the burn tool at "highlights-35% exposure. the burn tool to be used at the bottom and top part of the dark area.
4. To smooth the skin where heavy pixels can be notice, either by clone or pixel by pixel using the brush tool.
5. Use the tool brush no. 112 to add and make the eye lashes darker.
6. You can smooth some of the area by blur tool.

Hi Alyazia, sorry, am not that good at photoshop but looking at what you captured, I guessed it needs more light, am not sure though..
I like the idea of the infants eye, I already like the compopsition, just don't know to help you here...
