Hi again Tony,
Moving that snake around for your composition explains his aggressive stance. :) That's the trouble with animals, they always want to get themselves twisted up in their natural surroundings so you can't get a good clear shot of them. :) Very inconsiderate of them. I'm all for making them pose for us too :)

Hi Andre,I took this 20 minutes after sending you that last email saying I was going out!The background was conveniently there,I just moved the snake around a little until I had the composition I wanted!

Great job Tony!
This is very original. Very nice detail on the snake's skin. The poppy in the background is not exactly what you would normaly expect in this image. And that's a good thing.
