Fascinating, Joggie! In the thumbnail, I thought it to be metallic jewellry. It is finely sculpted by the rim lighting! Excellent!

Hi Joggie, the only thing I can really comment on is that I find your previous, more simple framing (on top and below the image) much more subtle than framing such a beauty all around.
The lighting is superb, as is the image quality. One could argue the spider rag, but I think that's virtually unimportant; it shows the natural surrounding, but it doesn't add much either, if you see what I mean.
Very good DOF, although you're on the shallow end of the scope. A bit more wouldn't hurt the photo either...:)
Always a pleasure to see what gem you've added to your portfolio... You make it seem so easy...
